Taste of the Valley Taste of the Valley returns in August and is always a hit! This event is widely recognized as one of the Valley’s premier summer events where wine experts, great chefs and local residents who share a love of food and wine come together to celebrate our community radio station. Tickets will go on sale June 16th with cost set at $130 a ticket. We have engaged a caterer for the dinner who is currently developing a menu. This year we will be at the Pines Ranch on August 3. Make plans now to attend this premiere event. |

KLZR Radio - Voice of the Wet Mountain Valley
Bobcats Partnership KLZR recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Custer County High School to partner in offering a new journalism and radio broadcasting class for the school. Stay tuned for more news as the school year gets underway.
May 23rd Concert at Jess Price Park with Tom Munch and the High Peaks Hounds! Summer is fast approaching and KLZR is pleased to be hosting a “Welcome to Summer” concert at Jess Price Park this coming Saturday, May 23rd! Music from Pueblo songster, Tom Munch, will begin just as the parade passes, about 1:00 to 1:30. Tom and his guitar will offer up two sets of country, rock, folk and jazz.
